Our first meeting of the New Year will be with Colonel Joseph Bilbo, the US Defense Attache with the US-Embassy in Tbilisi. Colonel Bilbo has extensive security experience in the region, having served as army and security attache in Georgia, Moldova and Armenia and also having run US/Russia nuclear inspections under the New START treaty. Colonel Bilbo will discuss US-Georgia security relations and the broader regional security context, particularly in the light of the war in Ukraine
